There are eight columns in the human-mouse pseudogene ortholog file, where the the columns 1-4 are for mouse pseudogene coordinates, and the columns 5-8 are for human pseudogene coordinates. Each coordinate for a pseudogene annotation contains chromosome, star and end position, and the strand. Start and end positions of pseudogenes are 0-based, half inclusive, as in bed format. The ortholog file is in a tab-delimited format.
