The list of highly confident mouse junctions

Columns are:
1) SJ coordinates in mm9
2) Sum of SJ counts in all samples
3) Sum of staggered SJ counts in all samples
4) Annotation status:
	0 = both splice sites unknown
	1 = one of the two splice sites is annotated in ENSEMBL65
	2 = both splice sites are annotated but the intron is not
	3 = annotated
5) Splice site numleotides (GT/AG or other)
