This directory contains the union of CLS and GENCODE lncRNA transcript annotations ("GENCODE+") in the mouse (mm10) and human (hg38) genome, in BED format. 

Files contain GENCODE lncRNA (in the "simplified biotype" sense, i.e. all genes annotated as "antisense", "lincRNA", "processed_transcript", "sense_intronic" and "sense_overlapping") annotations, 
and novel CLS lncRNA transcript models (only HiSeq-supported, non-anchored models). Therefore they contain no redundant transcript models.
